Shipping to the United States

Orders ship from our store in Nice, France, with Colissimo International, with tracking and signature delivery.

Shipping price

For parcels weighing up to 1 kg, the shipping charge is the US dollar equivalent of €39. The exact amount in USD is shown at checkout. For heavier parcels, please contact contact@mistercanne.fr for a quote before ordering.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are not included in the product or shipping prices. These charges are paid by the recipient when requested by the carrier or customs authorities. French VAT is not charged on eligible exports to the United States.

Delivery times

The current carrier estimate is approximately 7–8 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; customs processing may add time. A tracking link is provided after dispatch.

Returns within 30 days

You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Contact contact@mistercanne.fr before sending your parcel so we can provide the return instructions and form. Return shipping is at your expense unless we sent an incorrect or defective item.
