These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply exclusively to anyone visiting or making a purchase on the website www.mistercanne.fr.
Visitors can consult these GTC at any time on our website. They may be modified, but those in effect at the time of your order remain applicable.
Article 2: Contract
2.1 Conditions to place an order
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on our site.
All orders must meet the normal needs of a household.
2.2 Order
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a second email when your order is shipped.
You have the option to modify your order until your items are shipped.
Article 3: Prices, Availability and Delivery
Prices in this US store are displayed and charged in US dollars. French VAT is not charged on eligible exports to the United States. Shipping and import charges are additional; see our shipping and returns page.
Orders are accepted subject to available stock. Item availability is indicated on each product page.
If an item is unavailable after your order:
- We may offer you a product of equivalent quality and price. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be covered by Mistercanne.
- If no equivalent item is available or if you decline the offered alternative, your order will be canceled and refunded.
Article 4: Customs Duties
For any order delivered outside France, taxes and customs duties may apply. These fees are your responsibility and depend on the regulations of your country. Please check with local authorities for details.
Article 5: Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe, in US dollars.
Article 6: Returns
You have 30 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item received is damaged or does not conform to your order.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the product and its packaging.
Items that are damaged, incomplete, or soiled will not be accepted for return or refunded.

United States deliveries
Colissimo International shipping is the USD equivalent of €39 for parcels up to 1 kg. Deliveries are DAP: import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are paid separately by the recipient on arrival. For heavier parcels, please contact us for a shipping quote.
